Module 3: Unleash your Ecstatic Potential Tantra Retreat

This module dives into sexual healing by gently removing mental, emotional and physical armour. You will be invited to work directly with your body to unwind held tension, stuck energy and pain, so that sensation, pleasure and a freer flow of life-force can return to your tissues. The approach is practical and somatic: we track where experiences have been stopped or numbed, learn how those contractions show up in the pelvis and pelvis-adjacent areas, and slowly unlock more sensitivity and aliveness.

When experiences weren’t fully felt or completed, your body keeps them as a protective contraction. That protection can look like numbness, pain or simply an absence of feeling. Sexual boundaries that were crossed, even in small compromises, can create deep armor in intimate regions. In this work we name how men and women commonly hold fear and shame (for example in the anus, vagina, cervix or womb) and we meet those places with care rather than force.

De-armoring here means releasing those protective patterns so you feel more embodied and receptive. You get to open up, receive clarity about what formed the armour, and practice responses that serve you differently going forward. The process is always safe, gradual and consent-led: agreements are made beforehand and consent is checked again in the moment.

Module 3 continues the path begun in Modules 1 and 2: the group will already know the Wheel of Consent and have experience giving and receiving, which allows the bodywork to land more deeply and safely.
