Module 3: Unleash your Ecstatic Potential Tantra Retreat

This module invites you to a direct, body-led approach to sexual healing: we work with the tissues, the held tensions and the subtle contractions that stop life energy from flowing freely. When experiences were never fully felt or expressed, the body keeps them as armour — numbness, pain or an absence of sensation — and that can extend into intimate areas. In this retreat you are guided to gradually and safely release those blockages so your sensitivity, aliveness and capacity for pleasure can expand.

The work is hands-on and trauma-aware. You will open up, receive clear insight into what created the armour, and be empowered to choose and respond differently in the future. The de-armouring is always gentle, consent-based and re-checked moment by moment: boundaries are asked for and honoured. This practice recognises that people hold fear and shame in many places; men and women can store heavy emotions in the anus, the vagina, the cervix and the womb — we approach all of that with care, respect and clear consent.

Module 3 builds on what you learned in Module 1 and 2. The group will already know the Wheel of Consent and have practiced giving and receiving, which creates the safety needed for the work to go deeper. Everyone who attends is invited to take back agency, to come home in the body and to step more fully into pleasure and presence.
