Module 1 Conscious Intimacy Tantra Retreat

This is a four-day residential immersion designed to bring you back to the creative source of your sexual life energy. Whether you come alone or as a couple, the retreat invites you to honour and reconnect with the body that holds your desire and capacity for love.

Many of us carry conditioned beliefs, taboos and hidden stories about intimacy and sexuality; they have pushed a natural vitality into the shadows. In these four days you are gently guided to meet what was forgotten, to recognise how shame, denial or resentment have shaped your private life, and to open toward a different experience.

The programme is built around practices that restore body-awareness and foster healing: somatic reconnection, awareness exercises and processes that help you move from body-denial and shame toward full acceptance, love and celebration. Expect practical, embodied work that touches the mental, emotional and physical layers of your intimacy.
