Module 3 Unleash your ecstatic potential tantra retreat

This module invites you into sexual healing through gentle, consent-led body work that addresses mental, emotional and physical armour. We work with the body itself to free stored contractions — the tensions and blockages that stop life energy from moving — so sensation, pleasure and ease can reappear.

Our approach honours the body as a sensitive recorder of experience. When something hasn’t been fully felt, the tissues hold it as a contraction: numbness, pain or an absence of feeling. Sexual boundaries that were crossed or compromised can create armour in intimate places. We open those places with care so stored fear and shame can soften and unbind.

De-armoring releases those blockages and restores aliveness in the tissues. You will be supported to open safely, to recognise the origins of the contraction and to leave with the agency to respond differently in future encounters. The work is offered compassionately and with clear, repeated consent at every step.

The de-armoring work can include very personal layers of stored emotion. That is met with respect: the process is slow, safe and trauma-aware. Take back your power and stand more fully in your life — more present in your body, and more able to receive pleasure and bliss.

Module 3 continues from Module 1 and 2. The group will already be familiar with the Wheel of Consent and have practised giving and receiving, which allows the bodywork to go deeper while keeping everyone safe.
