Module 1: Conscious Intimacy Tantra Retreat

This is a four-day residential retreat designed to bring you back to the living source of sexual energy inside you. Whether you come alone or with a partner, the program invites you to remember a natural, creative sexual life that many of us have been taught to hide. You will be guided to reawaken and celebrate that energy, and to regain a kinder relationship with your body.

Expect somatic, body-reconnection practices and healing processes aimed at dissolving body-denial, shame, rejection and resentment. The work is practical and experiential: through body-awareness exercises and embodied practices you will gather insight on mental, emotional and physical levels, and move from repression toward acceptance, love and celebration.
