Community gathering: Building a community of trust

Hello seekers of a truthful life,

Who we are
We are a group of people in the process of buying a beautiful piece of land in the Belgian mountains of the Ardennes, where a river flows through the land and where we are able to build a small village. After 5 years of experimenting, living together and growing earth reliant living we are ready to take the next step.

Why this gathering
We would like to invite people to join us in our next steps of community creation, a path that is about deepening our connection with ourselves, with each other, and with the Earth in a deep and truthful way. We are exploring questions such as: What are we deeply longing for? How can we live differently? How can we place our children and our creativity at the center of our community? We are curious about how we can create eco-systems that support health and wellbeing through deep connection with nature. At the heart of this journey is the question of deep connection and the forming of a culture of trust between one another through the practice of understanding ourselves, taking responsibility for ourselves, and not placing blame on others.

Who we invite
If you feel called to join a community where this is not only an idea but a practice, if you feel ready to step into this path deeply, we would love to hear from you. Whether you are a farmer-to-be, a rewilding expert, someone who wants to work with their hands and heart, or someone who uses the mind in service of creating something meaningful, we are looking for people who wish to step into deeper connection and work towards a life that is open, creative, and willing to challenge the ways we have been programmed to live.

Who we are especially looking for
At this stage, we are especially looking for people who truly want to build, people who are hands-on and two feet in, who have done deep self-discovery work, and who are now ready to create and co-create a community of trust. If you have experience in the natural way of farming, building tiny houses, creative work in crafts or storytelling (digital as well is welcome) and structuring and organizing and communication skills please let us know. In these five days we will

• Research how we can set lands free and live in true harmony with nature, letting her be wild and free, yet still playing an active rol in the ecosystem and enjoy its fruits. We will also explore how we can free ourselves from old skins and old stories to be able to live more in accordance with our true nature?
• Dive deeply in the topic of scarcity and see how we can open ourselves up for a new way of looking at the world. Finding a way to create and be in abundance.
• Also we will be tuning into our own personal journeys and how we can welcome ourselves fully. What does it ask of every person to step into the we-field and live our lives in service of a bigger vision?

As this gathering is still a few months from now and we also go with what unfolds some other question or central focus might become apparent when this gathering comes closer. We will then update the information to what is present.
