This is a deep, seven-day immersion designed to take your practice and your capacity to hold others to a new level. You are invited to train as a Sundoor Spiritual Coach and Breathwork Practitioner with Peggy Dylan — a direct, embodied training where practice and teaching skills are woven together.

Across seven days you’ll move through potent, experiential work: intense breathwork practices to safely release held tension and open joy; rebirthing in the centre’s warm, plant-filtered pool to unwind old internal wiring; and guided past-life regression techniques that can bring clarity to present patterns. Expect both personal healing and practical facilitation training.

You will learn to lead meditations and visualisations, facilitate breathwork for individuals and groups, and develop the competence to hold transformational processes professionally. The course promises reduced stress, increased energy and concentration, fewer recurring negative patterns, and a stronger sense of inner alignment — all practical skills you can use with clients.

Peggy Dylan brings decades of pioneering experience, an illuminating presence and a pragmatic mysticism that helps students move into clear, effective leadership. Studying directly with her is presented as a rare opportunity to absorb the methods that have shaped many well-known facilitators.

The setting at Anam Cara supports integration: walks in protected forest, and access to an open-air, plant-filtered swimming pool for the water work.
