7 Days True Nature of Love Retreat

Settle into a gentle eco-resort in Chiang Mai — rooms restored from old tobacco-curing barns, warmed by Lanna style and antique teak furniture — where the days are designed to help your body and heart come back into contact with themselves.

Across seven days you will be guided through the living core of Tantra: embodied yoga and breath practices that reconnect you with sensation; cacao and group ceremonies that soften the parts hardened by fear; ecstatic dance to wake aliveness; and deep, sacred meditations and rituals that create the quiet space to sense what’s true for you. You will sit in held circles where performance is unnecessary — only feeling, sharing and witness matter.

Whether you arrive alone or with a partner, this retreat offers gentle, progressive openings: practical practices, ritual containers and shared presence intended to restore intimacy, trust and a deeper bodily knowing. All levels are welcome, from first-timers to those already committed to a practice.
