The Art of Sacred Beholding Module 2

Module 2 — The Embodied Practices Versus Instruction invites participants into an intensive, embodied training where sacred teachings become living skills. Over four days and three nights you practice how to carry presence, move energy and hold transformational group space so teachings are felt as much as they are taught. Participants learn to channel source energy through breath, tantric kriyas and intentional movement, and to read and balance group dynamics with empathy and practical somatic tools.

What this module gives you

• A deep focus on group energy dynamics, the structure of sacred space and the emotional and energetic processes that arise in group work.
• Techniques to align with source, become a clear channel, and expand energy as an embodied pillar during sessions.
• Tools for intuitive facilitation: presence practices, breath-based regulation and tantra kriyas for steering intention and energy in a group.

Program and aim
Each module runs 4 days and 3 nights and is designed to help participants embody teachings rather than merely transmit them. The aim is to develop holistic leadership abilities: practical rituals and somatic methods for safely guiding workshops, retreats and couple work, together with ways to look after your own energetic resilience after facilitation.

Who should join
Teachers, workshop leaders, facilitators and coaches who regularly run workshops, seminars or retreats for couples or groups and who want hands-on somatic, psychological and esoteric tools to steward transformative experiences.

Expect practical training in

• Prana and the interaction of time and space with life lessons and karmic material.
• Tantra kriya yoga asanas and kriyas to direct group intention and energy.
• Methods for reading energy empathically and balancing it with breathwork or kriya.
• Activation practices aimed at kundalini integration to support expanded perception and channeled work.
• Building group ritual and embracing the Divine Play (Lila) as a facilitation format.

Your facilitator
Anand Rudra guides this module. He is a teacher rooted in both shamanic and tantric lineages, founder of the True Tantra school and descendant of Mexican shamanic traditions. Anand combines academic knowledge, cross-cultural ritual experience and a long history of designing tantra and sacred sexuality trainings, bringing tribal ritual forms and contemporary facilitation together.

Venue
The training takes place at The Conscious Castle in Verlaine, a restored 13th-century castle set at the end of a quiet dirt road and surrounded by farmland. The site offers medieval architecture with modern comforts and invites long walks in nature. Brussels and Brussels airport are about 55 minutes west, Liège airport about 15 minutes and Liège city about 25 minutes east; nearest train station Waremme is 15 minutes north.
