Shibari Hashira - The Basics Hashira Workshop - Open Level

This one-day, beginner-friendly Hashira workshop introduces vertical pillar-based shibari in a careful, step-by-step way. The practice uses a pillar as an anchor point; participants learn basic ties, safe body positioning and how to move with someone in rope. The teaching focuses on building technical skill, bodily awareness and mutual connection, so people leave with greater confidence and practical tools rather than abstract theory. The sensation of working on a Hashira is noted as distinct from bamboo rigs: it can evoke different emotions and open new ways of exploring partner connection. Practical details: the day runs from 13:00 to 19:00, it is open level and aimed at adults (18+). The session is held at Corneum in Lennik and offers free parking, airconditioning and floor heating. Booking is per couple; for questions contact the organisers by WhatsApp +32468101040 or email info@corneum.be. The workshop language is English.
