Around the winter solstice we come together to mark the year’s turning point and to let sound guide us back toward balance. In this intimate evening we explore slow-moving soundscapes created with Tibetan bowls, gongs, a shamanic drum, voice and chimes. The tones sweep and settle like waves, inviting the nervous system to unwind and the body to find a new equilibrium.

You are welcome to lie down and receive: the field is held gently and the session is intended to support both emotional and physical release. Expect a warm, candlelit room and a paced journey from fuller vibration into deep rest.
