Mens Circle day Transformational Connection and Circling

You are invited to a one-day, men-only exploration of Transformational Connection and Circling — a practical, relational practice that helps you deepen presence, meet others honestly, and discover leadership that grows from responsiveness rather than role. Over the day we move between paired exercises, small-group work, and whole-group circling so you can practice staying with sensation, emotion, impulse and thought while being met by other men.

What to expect

• Direct, experiential practices in pairs and groups where you are invited to stay with what is alive in you without explaining or fixing it.
• Moments of silence, observation and reflection, with the emphasis on felt experience rather than analysis.
• Exploration of leadership and brotherhood as qualities that emerge from presence, honesty and responsiveness.

You don’t need prior experience with Transformational Connection or men’s work; everything offered is an invitation and you move at your own pace. The container is intentionally respectful: confidentiality, presence and listening without interruption or advice support safety and depth.

Facilitators
Pieter Lichtert holds training with Transformational Connection Europe and brings years of coaching and leadership experience; time in nature and work with horses and trees is central to how he facilitates. Benjamin Vandewalle brings an artistic, embodied approach from contemporary dance and an SAS (Circling Europe) certification, weaving movement and circling practices together.

Practical info
The workshop runs as a full day in Brussels. The suggested price is €130. If that feels too high you may email pieter.lichtert@gmail.com to propose an amount that honours the work and your budget; there is also a supportive ticket option on the booking page for those who can pay more to subsidise others. Cancellation: refunds are possible up to 10 days before the event with a 10% administration fee, or you may transfer your ticket to a future event or coaching at no charge.
