Women of Light retreat

You are invited to come home to yourself across four held, gentle days in the company of a caring circle of women. Guided by Suyana, this retreat is built to help you return to your essence, soften into compassion and remember the deeper truth of who you are — while also rediscovering and igniting the power of your voice.

We’ll move between quiet practices and embodied expression: grounded meditations, voice- and mantra-based work, playful vocal exercises, sound baths and periods of rest so you can integrate. The voice becomes here both a doorway and a tool: a way to express what’s true, to heal, and to reconnect with your inner compass. No previous singing experience is needed — you’ll be welcome exactly as you are.

• Plek: Koningsteen Retraite Centrum, Kapelle-op-den-Bos — with access to private nature grounds for gentle walks and quiet time.
• Talen: Nederlands en English.

What’s included and offered:

• Three overnight stays in a single room (with bed linen and towel) are part of the basic retreat package.
• Home-cooked, healthy organic meals are available as full board (booked separately).

• Full program combining inner work, interactive exercises, movement, meditations, sound baths and downtime to rest and recharge.
